General Working Hours
RVS General Working Hours
- Mon – 9am to 5pm
- Tues- 9am to 5pm
- Wed – 9am to 5pm
- Thu – 9am to 5pm
- Fri – 9am to 5pm
- Sat – Closed
- Sun – Closed
Closed on days noted in Holiday Calendar below.
May also be closed due to unforeseen circumstances (eg. emergencies, hurricanes, health issues, and similar)
Hours may be adjusted from time to time, and notice will be circulated via the RVS Newsletter.
Working Day / Hours Enforcement and Violations Policy
Ricardo Vollbrechthausen Studios, LLC (RVS) is committed to maintaining a healthy work-life balance for all employees, contractors, and affiliates. As such, working days and hours are strictly enforced.
Unless explicitly agreed to in writing, RVS Management, Staff, and Third Party Contractors not required or expected to work outside General Working Hours.
Clients or Subscribers must not pressure or request RVS Management or Staff to work beyond their scheduled days and hours.
RVS Directors, Supervisors, and Managers are prohibited from overriding working days/hours for staff, contractors, or third-party personnel reporting to them, except through formal approval, in writing, via established channels..
Reporting:
- RVS Staff must report violations by RVS Management, co-workers, or Clients/Subscribers internally.
- Third-party Contractors and Staff must report violations to [email protected].
Consequences:
- RVS Employees violating this policy may face termination, forfeiture of bonuses, clawbacks, and liability for damages or associated costs.
- Clients and Subscribers violating this policy may have their contracts/subscriptions terminated and be permanently blacklisted from future work with RVS—without prior notice or recourse—at our sole discretion.
Please respect our commitment to work-life balance. We do not tolerate any abuse or violation of these policies.
"Help Desk" and "Contact Us Page" Hours
Our firm’s contact us page and library help desk operate on General Working Hours.
Submissions via forms, or via direct messages to our email or social media platforms, will be attended to on a “first come first serve” basis during working hours. Messages received during non-working hours will be attended to as soon as possible during the next working day.

RVS Digital Library Hours
Access to our website, digital library content, subscription and account management portals, along with all related automated systems, is typically available 24/7, 365 days a year, regardless of holidays, working hours, or other posted closings – unless otherwise stated here, or due to unforeseen technical issues.
Please be aware that full or partial access to our Digital Library and associated systems may occasionally be restricted, at our sole discretion, for purposes such as maintenance, updates, edits, or other operational needs—with or without prior notice.
Whenever possible, scheduled downtime will be communicated in advance below;

RVS Holiday Calendar
Ricardo Vollbrechthausen Studios, LLC is closed on all the following days.
- Employees / Contractors / Staff are not expected or required to work, unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
- Clients / Subscribers / General Public – will have to wait until next business day for responses or attention.
