We have added the following clause, and renumbered subsequent headings accordingly:

“16. Governing Language and Translations

The English language version of this website’s Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, any other policies, and all content (including but not limited to articles, blog posts, briefs, and informational pages) is the official and intended version of all RVS content. Any translations of said content provided in other languages are offered solely for convenience, “as is”, and may contain errors or inaccuracies, as they may have been generated by translation apps, third-party translators, or artificial intelligence, which can be unreliable. These offered translations do not have any legal or contractual effect and are not considered binding. We explicitly reserve the right to only recognize the English versions of our content as official, unless we agree to specific translations in a separate, written agreement. 

If subscribers use translation apps, tools, or services to translate any part of this website’s content, terms of use, or policies into another language, the subscriber acknowledges and agrees that the original English version shall prevail and remain the binding and authoritative version in case of any discrepancies, misunderstandings, damages, or disputes.  “

If you do not agree with these updated terms and conditions, your sole remedy is to cancel your subscription and discontinue your use of our website and its content.
