Welcome to our library help desk!
Through this form, you can submit any questions, comments, or concerns you might have about our website, our library, or our content. You can also submit questions about your library subscription and account.
We will review and respond to submissions on a first come first serve basis, and will try to respond as quickly as possible.
Unless otherwise requested, we will respond by sending you an email to the indicated address answering your questions or responding to your comments/concerns.
Please also feel free to submit questions about the topics covered in our articles, such as the world of finance, economics, capitalism, business, investing, or entrepreneurship. Our content is subscriber driven, and your questions help us know what you’re interested in learning about. The more questions we get about a particular topic, the more likely we are to dedicate resources to expanding our library in those areas.
When you submit topic related questions (ie. “what is a balance sheet?”, “what does the FOMC do?”, “how to invert foreign exchange rates?”), we won’t answer them directly in an email, but will instead respond by sharing links to articles that we think will best answer your questions.
All communications between you and RVS are subject to our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy – please make sure to review, and make sure you are aware of all warnings, disclaimers of liability, and disclaimers of warranty.
Please note the following limits;
- At our sole discretion, we might temporarily or permanently suspend your ability to submit any further questions – the library help desk is a privilege and a free courtesy service – it is not part of your subscription. Please do not abuse it.
- We refuse to answer questions that ask for financial, investing, accounting or other similar regulated advice.
- We might respond “out of scope” to questions that we determine are outside of the topic focus or functionality of our library.
